The PathsOnMap Chania is an android application. It tries through gamification to motivate users to upload paths during walking.
The final aim is to create map for pedestrians in Chania.
You can download the application from the image below until it is uploaded in Playstore. It is in alpha test.
How to install PathsOnMap Chania
Enable ''Unknown Sources'' by going to Settings > Security, then ticking the box next to Unknown sources. Don't be alarmed, unknown sources are simply locations outside of the Play Store.
Download the APK from the above image.
You may get a message warning that 'this type of file can harm your device.' Ignore it (trust us) and tap OK.
Open the APK (you can tap the completed download in your notifications menu), read the permissions that the PathsOnMap Chania requests, then tap Install.
